Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all thermal technology tags and labels are securely attached.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
